It was over 80 degrees today

finally

the sidewalks were packed
and the man in front of me
was carrying nothing
but
a toilet brush

bad news

there is still a bruise on my finger
from the door slamming shut
when I was trying to grab a paper

three weeks ago

It is grey
and
still cold

but Spring

Popped

I sat through
the entire 2 hour 10 minute movie
without getting up once
to pee

A huge accomplishment
for my large belly
