...that is how long it takes for my lasagna to cook. It barely takes me 20 to assemble. I am very fast. In 60 minutes I was able to clean every last dish in the house, hastily apply makeup and dress in the same clothes as yesterday, prepare and eat a pizza english muffin with black olives for breakfast, make an omelet for lunch, make out with the cat...impatiently waiting for the damn timer to go off. I wanted to get to work.
I am trying to imagine sitting still, doing nothing, for 60 minutes. Impossible.
